Casa EntreCostas is the culmination of a dream for our family. For over ten years we have been thinking, working, imagining and saving to make this dream come true. Now, our dream vacation home is finally under construction and once ready, we want to extend you an invitation to enjoy it too.
We have designed a 3000+ square feet, 5-suite luxury villa that will provide all the comfort you expect from a private home and all the convenience and amenities of any beach resort.
Currently under construction, our home is placed in a 0.6 acres property located inside one of the most exclusive gated-communities of Playas del Coco, Guanacaste, CocoBay Estates, giving us access to resort-like ambient that includes 2 tennis courts, private gym, pool, restaurant, pickleball court and more. Within 5 minutes, you can find the famous community of Playas del Coco, its renowned beach and boardwalk, its magical night life and an amazing culinary experience with all types of food, and just 15 minutes away, the peaceful beauty of Playa Ocotoal.

Why Coco Beach, Guanacaste?
After more than 50 visits to hotels and vacation rentals all over Costa Rica, we decided that Playas del Coco was the place to be. For Costa Rican's , this beach is one of the most traditional places we used to visit as kids, and when we saw how it has developed now, the community of expats, the great restaurant options and the beauty of the nearby beaches, we decided this was the perfect place.
